Your Operations Manager conducts regular progress reviews — typically weekly at the start, transitioning to monthly once the workflow stabilizes. We stay flexible to your preferences.

We proactively suggest improvements in processes, workflow, and data handling to enhance efficiency. Your feedback is regularly reviewed to ensure our service keeps evolving with your business.

To ensure transparency and quality, feedback is collected independently of the offshore team. A senior Finex manager may reach out for confidential discussions about team performance or to resolve concerns.
